UPON the application of the Bankrupt and upon reading the Affidavit of the Bankrupt sworn the 1st day of February 1924 and the Report of the Official Receiver dated the 22nd day of February 1924 and on hearing Messrs Neve Beck Son & Co., the Solicitors for the Bankrupt and the Official Receiver and it appearing to the Court that the debts of the Bankrupt have been paid in full
IT IS ORDERED
that the Order of Adjudication dated the 6th day of June 1923 made against Arthur Grant lately residing at 91 Lexham Gardens London S.W. now a Member of Thatched House Club St. James. London S.W., but whose present residence the Petitioning Creditors are unable to ascertain Retired Civil Servant be and the same is hereby annulled and the Receiving Order herein dated the 16th day of May 1923 be and the same is hereby rescinded and the Petition dismissed.
AND IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that after audit by the Board of Trade the balance in the hands of the Official Receiver (after payment of the Official Receiver's fees costs charges and expenses) be paid out to the Bankrupt's Solicitors Messrs Neve Beck Son & Co.
